Scarce Starbucks Coffee Mug

A quite scarce and very collectible, 1990's? Starbucks Coffee Mug Cup with a deep Blue-purple color and with a Swirl Mermaid Pattern.  The only other reference to this piece that I could find indicated it was made in the 90's and was made with blue porcelain and was quite rare.  It originally came with a top lid piece, but it's missing on this mug.  The mug is in very good condition.
